We provide a calm, immersive North Pole experience for families who often cannot attend traditional holiday events. All visits are free, and the Santa House is operated entirely by volunteers.

Private appointments are reserved only for individuals with diagnosed intellectual or physical disabilities. These appointments offer time, space, and flexibility for families who need a quiet, personalized visit. We cannot offer private appointments for reasons such as avoiding long lines, having a newborn, or general convenience.

Families of children or adults with diagnosed disabilities may schedule a private appointment through the link on our website. When slots are full, you can email us your contact information and we will add you to the waitlist.
