Private appointments at the Bristol Santa House are specifically for children and adults with intellectual, developmental, or physical disabilities.

These appointments are intended for individuals whose needs make it difficult or overwhelming to visit during our public hours.

If you would like to be added to the waitlist for a private appointment, please include your child’s or adult family member’s primary disability category when contacting us.

Public visit days are open to everyone and are listed on our 2025 Season Schedule page.
